CaféCafé: To further build a sense of community, TRR retail stores feature food and drink by local purveyors such as Sightglass and Houseman in welcoming environments equipped with free wifi.  

Consignment Drop-Off: Consignors can drop items off at any TRR retail stores or Luxury Consignment Offices without an appointment. 

Expert Workshops: Workshops take place regularly at our stores. They are educational, led by our experts and leading figures from the worlds of fashion, jewelry and design. Workshops underscore our core values and elaborate on our editorial themes.  

Feeds: Members are invited to create a feed of favorite designers as well as of specific items and receive alerts when new items arrive or watched items have been sold.   

First Look & First Look Platinum: Fee-based subscription options include First Look (a monthly membership where customers receive daily new sales emails, 24-hour advanced access to sales, waitlist notifications and exclusive First Look only promotions) or First Look Platinum (First Look benefits plus upgrades to 2-day shipping). 

Free Valuations : Consignors can connect with experts at TRR retail stores or online to learn how much their items are worth. 

High Value Product Viewings: For high-value items, we offer shoppers the option to see them in person before purchasing via product viewing appointments at TRR retail stores and Luxury Consignment Offices.

Obsessions: The RealReal encourages members to keep tabs on items and develop a healthy obsession with various brands or specific pieces that have caught their eye by tagging them with a heart badge.  

White Glove Appointments: Upon request, an expert can be booked for an in-home consignment appointment to help a consignor appraise his or her wardrobe to understand the potential value of specific items.  

Luxury Services: TRR helps members keep their investments in top condition with watch repair, tailoring, handbag reconditioning, jewelry cleaning and more. 

Luxury Consignment Offices (LCOs): The RealReal Luxury Consignment Offices were created to provide customers with free, expert valuations of their luxury items in a transparent, no-pressure environment. All LCO locations offer fine jewelry and watch valuations, and some offer handbag valuations as well.

Personal Shopping: TRR members can elect to have one of our experts curate a selection of pieces chosen just for them.
